Shair of M&J Assoc. leases 2,150 s/f at Acton Woods Plaza

According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, KoKo Fit Club has opened at Acton Woods Plaza. The store is 2,150 s/f and the shopping center is located at the corner of Rte. 2A-Great Rd. and Rte. 27. KoKo Fit Club is a one-of-a-kind new fitness concept designed to provide a 30 minute total workout on a computerized multi-gym training machine. A customized workout plan is completed for each club member. KoKo is rapidly expanding. They operate more than 60 units from Mass. to the West Coast, and over 100 franchises have been sold. Acton Woods Plaza is a 45,000 s/f shopping center anchored by a high volume CVS. According to Shair, "Despite the economic meltdown, two new tenants have opened in the past 12 months with a third opening in 10 days. Also, two existing tenants have more than doubled in size within the past year." M&J Associates represented the landlord and is exclusive leasing agent for the property.
