Shaffer of Press/Cuozzo completes 1,400 s/f lease and Press named exclusive leasing agent for 6,200 s/f

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker Ted Schaffer has completed a 1,400 s/f lease at 105 Court St. The tenant, the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, one of the city's most longstanding and widely recognized arts organizations, now in its 116th year of operation, has relocated its administrative offices, including its box office, to downtown. The new offices are located in a renovated loft style building owned and operated by David Nyberg of College Street, LLC. Ted Schaffer, of Press/Cuozzo, represented the tenant, while Frank Micali, of Capitalize 360 Group, LLC, represented the landlord, College Street, LLC. Additonally, Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for 6,200 s/f of retail space at 630 Washington Ave., North Haven. The property, located at a corner on Rte. 5, has excellent identity, ample parking, and provides easy access to Exit 13 of I-91. The space is being offered for lease at $10.50/SF NNN and can be subdivided to a minimum of 1,000 SF.
