Sentry Commercial brokers two sale transactions

According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Core Plating Technology has purchased 215 Dolphin Rd. for $720,000. The 12,000 s/f industrial building was owned by the Zenny Olsen Trust and Benny Olsen Trust Partnership. The brokerage team of Mark Duclos, Alan Bolduc and Sherri Thompson of Sentry were the sole brokers. In another transaction, Frank Sponzo, Jr. purchased 6.9 acres at 34 East Dudley Town Rd., Bloomfield from Alan Budkofsky for $125,000. The site has been approved for a 20,000 s/f industrial building. Duclos, Bolduc and Thompson of Sentry were the sole brokers in this transaction.
