Sentry Commercial brokers 14,400 s/f $950,000 sale
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Carter Realty LLC has purchased 586 New Park Ave. for $950,000 as an investment and has partially leased the building to a division of International Paper Company. The 14,400 s/f retail/warehouse facility was owned by Caffee Realty, LLC.
Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. was the sole broker.
In another transaction, Thermal Industries, Inc. renewed its lease for 9,225 s/f at 300 Pleasant Valley Rd., South Windsor. The 55,000 s/f industrial building is owned by Herbert Fishman.
Sentry represented the tenant and Colliers Dow and Condon represented the landlord in the transaction.
