Sentry brokers sale
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Blake Equipment Co., a manufacturer and distributor of pumps, pump systems and boilers, has purchased 4 New Park Rd. for $1.02 million. The 14,300 s/f, 6-acre industrial property was owned by Nancy & Carol Pronovost. Sentry represented the buyer.
