Senné and SGL Development complete The Concord Ave. Residences - designed by Peter Quinn Architects

Cambridge, MA Senné has introduced The Concord Ave. Residences, a collection of single-family-style homes in the Observatory Hill neighborhood of the city at at 297 Concord Ave. Completed in 2020 as a joint venture between Senné and SGL Development, these ground-up new construction condominiums were designed by Peter Quinn Architects to offer residents all the conveniences of urban living in a functional, spacious, and modern home. 

Unit 1 is the only standalone single-family-style home of The Concord Ave. Residences. The front door opens into an open living space that borders a custom-designed kitchen outfitted with cabinetry, quartz countertops, a Porcelanosa backsplash, and hermador appliances. This unit features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across four levels. On the top floor, a large skylight opens up onto the oversized rooftop deck with space for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. The lower level features a media room, a full bathroom, and radiant heated floors. 

Unit 2 is an attached single-family-style home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The main level features a custom-designed kitchen outfitted with appliances and fixtures. The living and dining area is illuminated by recessed lighting and oversized windows. The third floor gives residents access to a rooftop deck. On the lower level are a media room, a full bathroom, and radiant heated floors. 

Unit 3 will go to market at a later date. This unit is a single-family-style home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space. The master suite spans the entire second level and comes complete with a private deck off the en-suite bathroom. On the third level is a loft-style bedroom with access to the rooftop deck. The lower level features the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and radiant heated floors.
