Senie of EAC Properties/KW Commercial arranges 10,333 s/f lease to Fort Miller Group Inc.

Waterbury, CT EAC Properties managing partner and KW Commercial managing director Andreas Senie, exclusively representing Fort Miller Group Inc., the tenant, and Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers LLC, representing The Hurley Group, the owner of 45 Commons Court, leased 10,333 s/f to be used by Fort Miller Group Inc.

“After a search starting on the NY state line searching north to New Haven, Waterbury’s opportunity zones, economic development teams/programs, and the professionalism shown by Godin, the landlord The Hurley Group, and Waterbury economic development director McGrath made this location a ‘win-win-win’ for years to come for all involved,” said Senie. “I have no doubt we will see more and more longstanding corporations continue to invest into Connecticut and the surrounding area thanks to well planned economic development initiatives/incentives and the deep network of commercial real estate professionals guiding the way.”
