Sea Watch Realty sells 10,700 s/f banking/retail property for $2m

Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold the 10,700 s/f banking and retail property located at 350 Front St. The purchase price was $2 million. The property, formerly known as TD Banknorth Plaza, was sold to Pilgrim Bank of Cohasset. Rick Barnes, Steve Stressenger and Jim Gill of Sea Watch Realty, Inc. represented TD Banknorth, N.A. in the disposition of this property. Richard Pilla of Paramount Partners, LLC represented the buyer. In addition to the 3,400 s/f bank building that is to be occupied by Pilgrim Bank, the adjacent 7,300 s/f retail building is occupied by West Marine, Uncle Jon's Café and Attentive Home Health Care.
