Sciolla, Lowe and Leitner of CresaPartners handle 20,663 s/f lease

Joe Sciolla, Rick Lowe, and Brandon Leitner of CresaPartners recently represented Murphy & King, P.C. in a 20,663 s/f early office lease renewal at One Beacon St. Murphy & King extended its existing lease on the 21st floor of the class A office tower. Barry Dube and Amy Unangst of CresaPartners are overseeing the project management for this assignment. The owner, Beacon Capital Properties, was represented by Bill Anderson, Dave Martel, and Jay Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield. According to Sciolla, Murphy & King wanted to remain in its current location and take advantage of favorable terms in this still tenant-friendly market.
