Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 4,435 s/f lease at 39 Oregon Ave., Hamden
Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC, Woodbridge represented the tenant and the owner, Creative Auto Sales LLC for the four-year lease of 4,435 s/f of space at 39 Oregon Ave. for use by Tread-Well Stair, a business owned and operated by Leigh Dwyer, Sr.
Tread-Well is a custom stair and railing designer and builder. They are relocating from Durham to this expanded space for their growing business.
Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
