Ed Schwartz, Realtor from Levey Miller Maretz LLC, 1768 Litchfield Tpke., Woodbridge, represented Track180 LLC in the leasing of 2,100 s/f of retail space at 900 Chapel St. The space, the former Obama/Biden headquarters, is a prime retail venue situated between Church St. and Temple St. The company, Track 180 LLC, plans an internet broadcast studio. The WEB TV production studio can be seen through the sidewalk windows attracting visitors from the entire area.
Viewers will witness news reporting and interviews dealing with issues from around the world. It will become a destination for students, business people and tourists to see this interactive global news network.
The lease is for three years. The landlord was represented by Kimberly Wagner, MJB Real Estate Services, Milford.
