Schwartz and Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz LLC broker 20,000 s/f $1m sale
Edward Schwartz and Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz LLC represented the landlord, 30 Hazel Terrace LLC, for the sale of the 20,000 s/f office building at 30 Hazel Terrace to Liberty Place LLC, Stamford, represented by Realty World Fine Properties.
The purchase price was $1 million.
