Schneier and Meixner of Boston Realty Advisors represent Infinata in 8,180 s/f lease at 33-41 Farnsworth Street

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) brokered an 8,180 s/f lease on behalf of its client Infinata, Inc. Managing directors Adam Schneier and Adam Meixner of BRA represented Infinata in the transaction. "After nearly 10 years in Norwood, Infinata will be relocating its office to 33-41 Farnsworth St. in the city's Seaport District" said Schneier "After our initial tour of the Seaport market, it quickly became clear to us that we needed to move from the traditional suburban office park to a more trendy, brick and beam building in Boston's thriving Innovation District" said Ruth McHenry of Infinata. 33-41 Farnsworth St. is owned by National Development which was represented by Transwestern/RBJ's partner, Tom Ashe along with assistant vice president, Jeff Landers.
