Schiffman and chace named highest producing agents Residential Properties honors top producers of the firm at luncheon

Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) honored the top producers of the firm at a luncheon sponsored by president and CEO, Sally Lapides. This year had some added special achievements, since Gerri Schiffman not only led the group, but was also the number one producing individual agent in the state in gross sales volume. Judy Chace from the Narragansett office was also specially recognized, as she was the second highest producing agent, by gross sales volume, in the state. Overall, thirty agents were recognized as top producers for their contributions during 2011. Lapides said, "These agents represent the best of the best, not only for the quantity of what they sell, but also for the integrity and knowledge they bring to every transaction. They truly stand out in the real estate field by providing the knowledge and wisdom of their local market to buyers and sellers. We hire selectively, and although we can't honor everyone in the company, we are proud of all 160 of our agents." Honorees at the luncheon were Katie Baker, John Bessette, Caroline Butterfield, Judy Chace, Kris Chwalk, Sally Corbin, Denise D'Amico, Patty Deal, Jim DeRentis, Kevin Fox, Marybeth Frye, Ellen Kasle, Pat Ledoux, Mary Ann Lisi, Nancy Markham, Rebecca Mayer, Bettina Monaco, Pat Murphy, Patrick Murray, Claudia Philbrick, Heidi Farmer Piccerelli, Karen Primeau, Joanne Rossi, Gerri Schiffman, Deb Smith, Barbara Stamp, Wanda Vanier, Chris Wall, CC Wall, and Nancy Weaver. "It is the combined work of all these agents that has propelled Residential Properties to be the largest independent real estate company in the state," said Lapides. RPL has over 160 agents in five offices located around the state. The firm participated in the sale of over $493 million worth of properties in 2011. The average sale price of a property listed and sold by RPL was $433,104, while the average throughout the state was $264,305. Residential Properties Ltd. has a reputation for selling luxury properties throughout the area, from the beaches of Little Compton and Narragansett, to Barrington and Providence, where it has the major market share for properties sold. However, with its breadth of agents, RPL participates in all price ranges and in the commercial real estate business. RPL has been serving sellers and buyers of distinctive properties since 1981 through service, innovation and sheer hard work. The company services all of Rhode Island, the Connecticut shoreline and southeastern and central Massachusetts. In addition, the relocation department assists buyers and sellers with transactions throughout the country.
