Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,314 s/f at The Gold Building

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker, Ted Schaffer, has completed a lease transaction at The Gold Building located at 234 Church St. Daniel O'Connell's Sons, Inc. has leased 1,314 s/f of Class A office space on the 4th floor of the downtown landmark building. Daniel O'Connell's Sons has been in continuous operation since 1879, and offers a full range of construction management and project planning services including engineering, estimating and building information modeling. The company is a leader in energy and environmental design. Schaffer represented the landlord 234 Church Street Associates, LP and the tenant was represented by John Keogh of Colliers Dow & Condon. The lease is for a term of five years, and this will be the tenant's new Connecticut headquarters.
