Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo Comm'l. brokers 11,000 s/f lease to YNHH
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker Ted Schaffer has completed a ten-year lease at 2560 Dixwell Ave.
The Hamden Professional Center will house Yale-New Haven Hospital's (YNHH) new outpatient facilities that will feature key medical services. YNHH will locate its Laboratory Medicine Patient Draw Station and EKG Station plus relocate the Hamden facility of YNHH Temple Radiology into approximately 11,000 s/f where they will provide diagnostic radiology services, including a state of the art 64-slice CT scanner, for both adult and pediatric patients.
Schaffer is the exclusive leasing agent for Hamden Professional Center, LLC, the building's ownership, and was the sole broker in the transaction. There is 7,696 s/f remaining in the 30,000 s/f property which enjoys access to highways, Hamden's Magic Mile, the new middle school and town center.
