According to Stephen Press, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing brokers Ted Schaffer and Albert Scafati have sold a 10,000 s/f manufacturing property located at 15 Hamden Park Dr. for $600,000.
The building was constructed in 1987 by the Instant Buttons Manufacturing Co. and Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the sellers, Linda and Ralph Caffalette. The buyer is Delta Property Holdings, LLC and was represented by Carl Russell of George Smith & Son Realtors of Milford.
Located in the Hamden Industrial Park, the property will provide a new headquarters for the Delta Tool & Mold Co., an established Hamden business, the opportunity to stay and expand in Hamden.
