Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis handles sale to Land Rush R.E. for $550,000
Grubb& Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of the Souhegan Professional Building, a 6,000 s/f professional office building located at 89 Rte. 101A, in front of Wal-Mart.
The building is occupied by Poyant Signs, attorney Leonard Foy, Help-U-Sell Realty and Union Mental Health, all of whom will be staying.
Dr. Ed Rusher, the principal of the buying entity, owns and operates Amoskeag Chiropractic in Manchester, and will be opening an office on the main level of the building. This will be Dr. Rusher's third satellite location, the others being in Seabrook and Merrimack.
