Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 10,000 s/f to H. H. Perkins
According to Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor has leased 10,000 s/f of commercial and industrial space at 370 State St., a 35,000 s/f multi-tenanted industrial/flex building. Scafati, the sole broker in the 10-year transaction and the exclusive leasing agent for the building, said that with the completion of the H. H. Perkins lease, the building is now approximately 50% leased. The building currently has 16,000 s/f available.
The new tenant, H.H. Perkins, has been in business since 1917, and has been a family-owned and operated business for three generations. The company offers a full line of quality seat weaving and basketry supplies along with an in-house furniture repair and restoration division. Window treatments and rattan/wicker furniture are also available.
Scafati represented the landlord, The Hurley Group, and the tenant, H.H. Perkins Company.
