Scafati of Press/Cuozzo honored by New Haven's CID
According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has been awarded the Industrial Lease Deal of the Year Award presented by New Haven's Commercial and Investment Division (CID). Scafati was one of two brokers that received this year's top industrial lease for 355 Washington Ave. to CBS Outdoor, Inc. The 17,400 s/f office/warehouse building, formerly the W.B. Mason facility, was completely renovated to accommodate CBS Outdoor's new location to be used for sales and services. Scafati represented the landlord, Luigi Ferraro, on this long-term lease with multiple options.
Scafati has been a consistent award winner and also received the Co-Star Power Broker Award. He has also completed his year as president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
