Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services brokers 10,000 s/f lease to True Athletics, LLC

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior advisor, represented True Athletics, LLC in a lease transaction of 10,000 s/f at 850 Sherman Ave. True Athletics is the home of CrossFit True and is a strength and conditioning facility that specializes in functional movement training and sports performance. The 10,000 s/f facility is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Plans are to open early winter. Scafati was the sole broker in the transaction, also representing the landlord, The Louis M. Landino Family Trust. Press/Cuozzo Realtors has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990. Press/Cuozzo Realtors provides the services of a commercial/industrial division, residential brokerage, senior real estate services and relocation services.
