Scafati and Criscuolo of Press/Cuozzo broker $290,000 sale
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati and Susan Candido Criscuolo have sold the business and property at 3 Bernhard Rd. and 190 Gando Dr. to Southgate Nurserymen Landscaping Contractors, LLC.
Scafati, senior advisor, of Press/Cuozzo's Commercial Division, and Criscuolo of Press/Cuozzo Realtors were the sole brokers in the transaction.
The sale included a landscape design and construction business, a three-story barn, two-story building with office and two-car drive-thru garage, and a large yard area. The property is set on approximately 1.27 acres.
Sale value of the transaction was $290,000, including the business.
