Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate leases to a broad spectrum of growing businesses

In recent months, throughout a tentative economy, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has surged ahead to negotiate leases for a broad spectrum of growing businesses, including the following restaurants: Red Lulu in the SoNo Design District, South Norwalk; Hibachi Grill is opening 10,000 s/f at the Equity One Brookside Plaza in Enfield and Nonna's Pizzeria at Milford Plaza in Milford. Robeks, the nation's fastest growing health food franchise, signed two leases for new stores on Black Rock Tpke. in Fairfield and Harbor Point in Stamford. TCBY, leading the frozen yogurt market in nutrition, taste and product innovation, has also signed leases for two new stores in Glastonbury and Avon. Tasti D-Lite has already opened on Kings Hwy. in Fairfield,. Significant Medical retailers Urgent Care Center, Community Hearing Aids, and Beltone Hearing Centers have all worked with us to lease space at the KIMCO Home Depot Plaza in North Haven, in Groton and in Brookfield, respectively. Dedicated to attracting strong retail concepts to Connecticut, SCRE has closed deals with Sleepy's in New Canaan, two spaces with Go Green Dry Cleaners, a 100% eco-friendly drycleaner, and the developer, Building and Land Technology, at Harbor Point in Stamford as well as Supercuts, a national hair care leader, opening on Westport Ave. in Norwalk. Design Within Reach, the international source for modern design, has leased 28,000 s/f at Yale & Towne in Harbor Point. DWR will open a new retail studio and corporate headquarters. The Athlete's Foot and Supercuts have both leased spaces in Wilton. Java Nail Salon signed a lease for space at The Home Depot Plaza in North Haven. In addition, SCRE has negotiated a 5,100 s/f relocation deal for Charles Schwab in Stamford, a relocation of the U.S. Postal Service in Westport, and over 8,000 s/f of office leases for Weld Media, Moxie & Co., Flywire, C2 Limited and Xlerant throughout southwestern Fairfield County.
