Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate completes leasing at 1835 Post Road East

Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) has completed leasing 100% of the property owned by Blackshaw Hunchar LLC at 1835 Post Rd. East. 1835 Post Rd. East is a three-building campus located across from Home Goods and Stop and Shop. 1,550 s/f was leased to Becca Interiors, a full-service interior design firm, 964 s/f was leased to Blossom + Stem Floral Design, a private floral studio, 2,368 s/f second floor office space leased to Second Foundation Partners, an investment advisory firm and 1,136 s/f leased to Gloss Salon, a luxury salon. Nate Greenberg and Penny Wickey represented Blackshaw Hunchar in all these transactions.
