Saracen Properties appoints Constable as director

Waltham, MA Saracen Properties has hired Malcolm Constable as director. His responsibilities will include acquisitions, asset management and strategic initiatives. 

Prior to Saracen, Constable was a director of acquisitions at Atlas Real Estate Partners and an associate at Clarion Partners, where he held positions in both asset and portfolio management.  During his five years at Clarion, he helped manage the three million s/f Greater Boston office portfolio as well as the oversight of two separate account pension fund clients with a gross asset value of $3.5 billion.  He is a member of ULI’s Real Estate Technology Council and United Way’s Community Builders. He has a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.

“Malcolm’s institutional investment experience, in-depth market knowledge and valued relationships will add to our expanding platform,” said Saracen Props. president Ted Saraceno.
