Santoro of Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate brokers $850,000 sale of 27-unit motel

According to Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate in Orleans, the Club at Cape Cod Termination Trust has sold the Club at Cape Cod to Stephen and Denise Fitzpatrick. This well known motel, a former timeshare, is located .3 miles from Glendon Beach on Nantucket Sound, and was sold for $850,000. The Club at Cape Cod is a 27 unit motel. Each seasonal condominium unit has a kitchenette and loft, and with pull-out couch sleeps four people. The 11,708 s/f motel is situated on 2.46 acres and has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and owner's quarters. The transaction was handled by Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover, who represented both the sellers and the buyers. Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate was honored to be part of this transaction, and wishes the new owner success with his purchase.
