Santiago of SVN | Parsons handles sale of a 15,181 s/f four building portfolio for $7 million

Newton, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 15,181 s/f four building portfolio at 40 Austin St., 1290 Main St. in Waltham, 4 North Main St. in Bellingham, and 231 East Central St. in Franklin, Mass. for $7 million. Senior real estate advisor, Marilyn Santiago of SVN | Parsons was the sole broker in the transaction.

Santiago said, “The Rockland Portfolio presented a dynamic and rare opportunity for investors to acquire a stable multi-building investment in some of Greater Boston’s desirable submarkets. The sale shows that the investment sales market in the Greater Boston region is still viable for the right assets and the right investors in spite of the current challenges.”
