RXR arranges three leases at Atlantic Station totaling 40,000 s/f

Stamford, CT Real estate owner and operator RXR inked three new leases totaling 40,000 s/f at Atlantic Station. Located within the base of the luxury multi-tower project, the new retailers will provide dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities for both residents and the broader community.

“These tenancies further the proof of the successful evolution of downtown Stamford,” said Whitney Arcaro, chief revenue officer, residential at RXR. “Our full retail mix at Atlantic Station reflects the quality of day-to-day services - both for families and young professionals - as well as the working environments and desirable entertainment that make the community a vibrant day-into-night experience.”

New tenants coming soon to Atlantic Station include:

Lovesac (28,000 s/f, est. opening Q4 2024) – A national modern furniture company specializing in a patented modular furniture system called Sactional.

Golf Lounge 18 (9,000 s/f, est. opening Q1 2025) – An entertainment-based premium indoor golfing facility. Following the recent opening of its new White Plains location, Golf Lounge 18 is also seeking space within the RXR portfolio in New Rochelle, N.Y.

Fresh & Co (3,000 s/f, now open) – A national healthy fast-casual franchise with a locally sourced and seasonal menu.

Lovesac was represented by Brian Scruton of Cushman & Wakefield, and the landlord was represented in house and with Tim Rorick and Janey Steinmetz of Newmark. In the transaction with Golf Lounge 18, the landlord and tenant were represented by Tyler Lyman of Tru Commercial. Fresh & Co was represented by Sabre and the landlord was represented by Tyler Lyman of Tru Commercial. In all transactions, RXR was represented in-house and with Newmark.

Located downtown, Atlantic Station is a luxury mixed-use project featuring a total of 650 residences and 82,000 s/f of retail space across two towers. Atlantic Station and Atlantic Station West, which opened in 2018 and 2021, respectively, each offer 325 studio-, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Residents have amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor terraces, game and billiards room, fitness center and more. The community is conveniently located one block from the Stamford Transportation Center, serviced by Amtrak, Metro North, and CT Transit, offering express service to Midtown Manhattan.
