Russell of Pearce Commercial R.E. handles 12,975 s/f lease to Flexprint

55 Robinson Boulevard - Orange, CT

Orange, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker at Pearce Commercial Real Estate, has leased of 12,975 s/f of industrial and office space in 55 Robinson Blvd. 

The space will be occupied by Flexprint LLC, based in Mesa, AZ. FlexPrint is a different kind of managed print services company - they offer custom fit client specific solutions, ongoing services, technology independence and much more. Flexprint was represented by Robert Adnopoz of the Colliers International New Haven office, and the landlord was represented by Russell. 

In addition, Russell completed the sale of 4,433 s/f of office space at 98 Elm St. in West Haven, which is owned by Margaret Chustecki. The space will be occupied by Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven. 

Internal Medicine was represented by Russell, and the seller was represented by Jed Backus of Backus Real Estate, LLC. 

This is the third unit in the building that has been purchased by Internal Medicine, using Russell as their agent.
