Russell of Pearce sells 26,000 s/f facility in Branford for $1.4 million

Branford, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker with Pearce Real Estate has closed on the sale of 48 North Branford Rd. for $1.4 million.  

The 26,000 s/f light industrial and warehouse building will be retrofitted by the buyer for their planned use. The buyer, MAMSCO Construction Supply, LLC was represented by Michael Richetelli of Colonial Properties, and the seller, IBE, LLC was represented by Russell of Pearce. 

Mamsco plans to have a newly designed showroom and expanded warehouse in this facility.  They are one of the only companies in the area that caters exclusively to wood residential construction. Mamsco is proud to be a woman-owned small business, fully certified by the state Supplier Diversity Program. They carry only professional grade contractor tools and fasteners.
