Russell of Pearce Real Estate facilitates 1,230 s/f office lease

70 Cherry Street - Milford, CT

Milford, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker at H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, has leased 1,230 s/f of office space at 70 Cherry St. 

The space will be occupied by Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC. Thriveworks Counseling and Life Coaching provides premium care to individuals, couples and families. They currently have over 100 locations nationwide. Thriveworks and the landlord at 70 Cherry St. were represented by Russell.

Russell is a member of the Society of industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. In addition, Russell is an assistant adjunct professor of Real Estate at New York University. He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
