Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, executive vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, has brokered the $260,000 sale at 140 Captain Thomas Blvd. The 1,890 s/f office condominium was the former home of Mirto-Ketaineck Law Firm.
The sellers, represented by Russell, were attorney Robert Mirto and attorney Stephen Ketaineck. The buyer, Beta Pharma, Inc., a Conn. corporation with offices at 91 Shelton Ave. in New Haven, was represented by Jim Peterson of Apple Real Estate, Orange. The property will be the home office of Beta Pharma, Inc.
