Russell and Bergin of George Smith & Son Commercial lease 27,546 s/f
Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, and John Bergin, both vice presidents of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate negotiated the leasing of two separate units of light-warehouse space at 65-145 Furniture Row.
Automated Services, LLC leased 18,546 s/f and Martex Nutrition leased 9,000 s/f.
Automated Services will use this facility for warehouse and distribution.
