Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, brokered the sale of 18,700 s/f 57 Ozick Dr. for $970,000. 57 Oczick Dr. sits on 6.08 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac. The building is compromised of office showroom units and warehouse units with an overhead door. This building will become the headquarters of Building One Facility Services, LLC currently the largest tenant in the building.
Ruff represented both the Seller 57 Ozick Drive Associates, LLC and the buyer 57 Ozick Drive Realty, LLC in this transition.
