Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz leases 1,000 s/f at 131 Bradley Road
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, assisted Alexander Music Studios in negotiating a 1,000 s/f, three-year lease with two, three-year options at 131 Bradley Rd. Alexander Music Studios trains individuals in two aspects of the performing arts, voice and keyboard.
Ruff represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
Levey Miller is a full-service commercial real estate firm, handling transactions in buying, selling and leasing of commercial properties. The firm also brokers business sales and has an extensive property management department.
