Rudnick joins Citi Comm'l Business as VP and loan officer
Citi's Commercial Business Group has appointment Robert Rudnick as vice president and senior loan officer for its commercial real estate finance loan production office within the commercial business group's Boston location.
Rudnick joins Citi from Boston Private Bank & Trust Company to support the commercial business group's real-estate lending efforts within the growing Boston marketplace. He brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience to the firm. Citi provides permanent loans on income producing properties, both multifamily and commercial, using fixed and variable-rate loan programs.
Cambridge, MA The nonprofit Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) has secured $23.5 million in financing from Rockland Trust and Citizens Bank to transform a 150-year-old, underutilized church complex into housing. The project will ultimately create 46 affordable family-sized apartments.
