Royal Props. leases 1,250 s/f at JoAnn’s Plaza

Newington, CT According to Royal Properties, Inc., Smoothie King signed a long-term lease for 1,250 s/f at JoAnn’s Plaza, 3065-3105 Berlin Tpke.

JoAnn’s Plaza is a 145,344 s/f community center with 892’ of frontage on Berlin Tpke., the main shopping corridor in town. This center is anchored by JoAnn’s Stores, is situated  at a signaled intersection and provides 626 parking spaces.

Smoothie King will join co-tenants such as Big Lots, Party City, Dollar Tree, TGI Friday’s, GNC, T-Mobile, FedEx Office, and more. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Lowe’s, Stew Leonard’s, Sam’s Club, Panera Bread, Walgreens, Aldi, and many more.
