Rothenberg of NAI Mertz completes $1.175 million warehouse sale
Philip Rothenberg, SIOR, vice president at NAI Mertz, has assisted in the negotiations for the expansion of Rockland Bakery, a bakery that supplies the NY/PA/MD region. FDB Properties, LLC, has sold the 37,290 s/f warehouse property on three acres of ground at 425 37th St. to Penn-Del Realty, LLC for $1.175 million.
Rothenberg, said, "The bakery is expanding their operations from 5,000 s/f of warehouse space in Philadelphia. They will be employing approximately 45 salespeople and drivers with this move."
