Ross of Hart Corporation procures long-term lease for Velux
VELUX America has signed a long-term lease extension at 754 Rainbow Rd., located in Griffin Land's New England Tradeport. VELUX leases a portion of the 137,000 s/f warehouse and distribution facility.
New England Tradeport is a 600-acre master business park planned and developed by Griffin Land in Windsor and East Granby Conn. The park has excellent highway access to I-91 and is only a short distance to I-90 and I-84 and Bradley International Airport.
