Ross of Cresa Boston represents Oxford Instruments America, Inc. in 21,250 s/f lease
Dave Ross of Cresa Boston recently represented Oxford Instruments America, Inc., a leading provider of high-technology tools and systems for research and industry, in a 21,250 s/f office lease renewal and expansion at 300 Baker Ave.
The company is adding 2,349 s/f to its 18,901 s/f on the first floor of the three-story, 409,260 s/f standalone office building.
Barry Dubé and Amy Braun of Cresa Boston will oversee project management activities for the company, slated for completion in September.
According to Ross, Oxford Instruments America, which is based in the United Kingdom, realized favorable lease terms at its existing location, which allows for contiguous expansion and can accommodate its anticipated growth.
The landlord, Normandy Real Estate, was represented by Kate McGovern and Duncan Gratton of Cassidy Turley.
