Ross and Simcox of Cresa represents Medtronic Navigation in 11,028 s/f lease

Dave Ross of Cresa Boston and Charles Simcox of Cresa Minneapolis represented Medtronic Navigation in an 11,028 s/f office lease expansion and relocation at 305 Foster St. According to Ross, Medtronic realized favorable lease terms in moving across the street to the 80,065 s/f office building from its previous address at 300 Foster St. The landlord, Parsons Commercial, was represented in house by Marci Alvarado.
