Ross and Simcox of Cresa complete 11,028 s/f lease to Medtronic Navigation
Dave Ross of Cresa Boston and Charles Simcox of Cresa Minneapolis recently represented Medtronic Navigation, a leading provider of surgical navigation technology and systems, in an 11,028 s/f office lease expansion and relocation at 305 Foster St.
According to Ross, Medtronic Navigation realized favorable lease terms in moving across the street to the 80,065 s/f office building from its previous address at 300 Foster St.
The landlord, Parsons Commercial, was represented by Marci Alvarado.
