ROK Builders retained to renovate and updated 2 hotels

ROK Builders, LLC has been retained to remodel and update facilities at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth and SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover, Mass. The jobs will be completed in phases to reduce any disruptions to guests. The Sheraton Harborside Hotel is close to Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth and the Maine border. ROK Bldrs. will incorporate Sheraton Hotels and Resorts' updated brand standards throughout the property and oversee a complete makeover of the lobby. In addition, ROK Bldrs. will renovate all public restrooms to better serve hotel guests. The SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover is located 25 miles north of Boston. ROK Bldrs. will upgrade the entire interior including the lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces. "This is an exceptional opportunity to renovate two major hotel brands in their respective markets," explained Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Builders and Partner of Roedel Cos. "Our project teams have been working closely with Sheraton and Marriot management to ensure these projects are conducted in the most efficient manner while maintaining ROK Builder's high standards."
