ROK Builders complete renovation projects for Sheraton Haborside Hotel in Portsmouth and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Andover

ROK Builders, LLC completed remodeling and renovation projects at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Andover, Mass. The company upgraded tired corridors and public areas to better serve hotel guests at both properties. Located in downtown Portsmouth, the 11,800 s/f Sheraton Harborside Hotel is near to Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth and the Maine border. ROK Bldrs. incorporated Sheraton Hotels and Resorts' new brand standards throughout the property. ROK Bldrs. also managed a complete makeover of the lobby and all public bathrooms that included updating fixtures, décor and furniture. Group One provided the design. The project cost was $386,000. The 65,300 s/f SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Andover is located 25 miles north of Boston. ROK Bldrs. upgraded the entire interior including the lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces. BMA Architectural Group was the architect. The project cost was $589,000. "Our project teams worked closely with Sheraton and Marriott management to not only reduce disruptions to guests but also to ensure that the renovations were completed on time and within budget." said Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Bldrs. and partner of Roedel Companies. "It has been a great opportunity to work with both organizations in the further development of their brands."
