ROK Builders complete full renovations of La Quinta Inn & Suites

ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed remodeling projects for La Quinta Corporation's La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West and Fort Lauderdale Airport. These projects included renovations to all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas. The La Quinta Corp. recently implemented a new design scheme for its La Quinta Inn & Suites properties which is designed for longer stays and to make guests feel more at home. ROK Builders completely updated the interiors of their hotels in Miami and Fort Lauderdale to create spacious lobbies, stylish lounges and new fitness facilities. Guest rooms and bathrooms were also extensively remodeled with new fixtures, décor and furniture. Both hotels are popular choices among travelers due to their close proximity to international airports, business districts and tourist attractions. The La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West is conveniently located near South Beach, Dolphin Stadium and Metro Zoo. The Fort Lauderdale Airport La Quinta Inn & Suites is minutes from the heart of Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades, Pro Player Stadium and Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk.
