Boston, MA According to LeftField, an owner’s project management firm, Sally (Bonaguro) Rogers, LeftField’s very first employee, has returned to the firm as director of finance and administration. Rogers is the cornerstone of the organization, and will be managing LeftField’s finances and administration, as well as providing support for project cost reporting and procurement. Her previous experience includes working for the owner’s representative firm, Construction Monitoring Services, Inc., as well as General Growth Properties, where she gained significant experience and knowledge in real estate development, accounting, capital planning, job cost applications and process improvement. Rogers brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry and LeftField is ecstatic to have her back to take on this newly created position.
“Outside of Sally’s exceptional skillset, she is trustworthy, intelligent and kind. Although commonly mistaken as being related to me, she is no less part of the LeftField family, and we are so fortunate to be able to welcome her back,” said Jim Rogers, founder of LeftField.
Rogers relocated to the city over fifteen years ago from Marion, Mass. A lifelong accomplished dancer, when she’s not burning up the floor, she’s chasing around her two children or hiding Amazon boxes and chocolate from her husband. Rogers also enjoys boxing, trivia, playing cards and traveling.
