Robbins of Colliers wins CoStar Power Broker award for Q2

Andrew Robbins

Manchester, NH CoStar Group, Inc. has named the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for Q2 2024. Andrew Robbins of Colliers’ New Hampshire office has been recognized for his exceptional work in securing a long-term lease for PickUp USA Fitness at 100 William Loeb Dr. in Manchester.

This transaction involved leasing 25,188 s/f of space in a 166,000 s/f multi-tenanted building, previously home to the Union Leader newspaper. The space was selected for its ideal clear height, accessibility, and ample parking. PickUp USA Fitness, making its New Hampshire debut, will offer a blend of fitness and basketball services, including NBA regulation-size basketball courts and an expansive weight training area.

With over five years of experience as a senior associate at Colliers, Robbins has developed a reputation for delivering thoughtful and inventive real estate solutions across the retail and industrial sectors. Specializing in landlord, tenant, and investor representation in northern New England, Robbins has been instrumental in several high-profile transactions, including:

• Adamian Development: Represented seller in the $3.75 million investment sale of a 45,200 s/f multi-tenant office building in Merrimack, NH.

• MicroGEM: Represented landlord in the lease of 52,000 s/f of R&D space in Hudson, NH.

• Chase Bank: Represented landlord in leasing 4,100 s/f of space on Elm St. in downtown Manchester.

“This deal with PickUp USA Fitness presented unique challenges in Manchester’s competitive industrial market, but we successfully navigated these challenges to secure the ideal location,” said Robbins. “I’m thrilled to be recognized by CoStar and proud to continue serving my clients with customized solutions that meet their real estate investment strategies and goals.”
