RM Bradley signs Saint Francis to 10,000 s/f at Dorset Crossing
According to RM Bradley, Dorset Crossing, Keystone Companies' new mixed-use development on Hopmeadow St., has Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center as its first medical tenant.
Saint Francis has signed a lease for 10,000 s/f at Dorset Crossing. In addition to medical offices, the site will include a 3,800 s/f urgent care facility.
This will be Saint Francis Care's seventh access center complex; other Saint Francis Care access center facilities are located in Avon, Bloomfield, East Hartford, Ellington, Enfield and Glastonbury.
The urgent care center will provide care for minor emergencies as well as routine medical needs, such as physicals and vaccinations.
Dorset Crossing is a new mixed-use development including medical, retail and residential space, set to be completed July 2012. It will include approximately 50,000 s/f of new medical space in three buildings, two retail pad sites and residential units on the rear portion of the site.
