Timothy Rielly has joined Roundhill Construction as vice president - pre-construction & estimating.
In his new position, Rielly will be responsible for conceptual estimates, baseline scheduling, value engineering and value design, scope reviews, bid and competitive estimates, and oversight of subcontractor qualifications, purchasing and documentation. He also will be responsible for set-up of cloud-based systems to track subcontractor interactions and document distribution.

Prior to joining Roundhill, Rielly served as director of pre-construction services with J. Calnan & Assoc. During his 30-year career as a construction estimator, he also worked as director of preconstruction & estimating at
Shawmut Design & Construction, as chief estimator at Payton Construction Corp., and as chief/senior estimator and project manager for Maggiore Builders Corp.

A licensed construction supervisor, Rielly holds a Certified Professional Estimator designation from the American Society of Professional Estimators and is LEED AP-certified in green construction with the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a member of the Brockton Conservation Commission, a member of the International Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and is on the Board of Directors of the Boston chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
