Richetelli and Weirsman of Colonial Properties broker 12,400 s/f in leases

670-680 Boston Post Road - Milford, CT

Orange, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the company has the completion of the following transactions that total 12,400 s/f:   

• Richetelli and Kevin Weirsman, vice president at Colonial, brokered a five-year lease at 670-680 Boston Post Rd. in Milford. Weirsman represented the landlord, SMH Milford, LLC and Richetelli represented the tenant, B Beautiful Spa in the leasing of 1,700 s/f first floor commercial space. The space, formerly Gupta Eye Care, has been renovated to fit the needs of the new spa.

• Weirsman represented the landlord, North York Commercial LLC, in the leasing of 8,200 s/f commercial space located at 843 Hamilton Ave. in Waterbury for a two-year term. The space will be tenanted by Steve Bonauto of Tony’s Auto Sales and utilized for classic car storage and sales. 

• Richetelli represented the landlord, Vlock Family Realty, in the leasing of 2,500 s/f light industrial/office space located at 316 Boston Post Rd. in Orange for a three year lease to Metro Signs.
